Hello and Welcome to Frantastically Frugal!

I have spent a lot of some time trying to create an avenue for keeping up with all of the consumer information I read about besides saving dogged eared magazines thrown in corner or forgotten computer bookmarks. You don’t know this yet, but I come across great deals, helpful websites and I have opinions about all things consumer. While exploring the idea of creating a blog, I thought this would be the perfect portal to store things and clear up clutter in my house and on my computer. At the same time I figured that since it is a blog, I could share my valuble finds with everyone I know and they too will be privy to this wealth of knowledge and better-than-sex deals I might find.

 Keeping up with me:
For those of you who are social media savvy, you can follow me on Twitter, Facebook, email or by RSS Feed. By the way, RSS feed means that you can get my blog updates via various portals such as Google Reader, Delicious or Yahoo. Just click the cute little social media tabs at the top right of this page or visit the site whenever you like to see what I’m up to.

Random discussion:
Every once in a while I’ll take a break and indulge you with random “Coffee Talk” to keep things interesting. We can’t be serious all the time.

About me:
I reside in the Atlanta Metropolitan area with my husband and daughter. I’d like to think of myself as one of the many Georgia Peaches taking HotLanta by storm and look forward to sharing and receiving information we all can use to make the best consumer decisions possible.

Disclaimer: I should inform you that I do not claim to be an expert on all things or anything for that matter but I do have an opinion about what I think is good or bad when it comes to products I research and purchases I plan to make. SO, this blog is merely a tool for me to get organized and keep good records of things I might want to refer back to. Call it my “file cabinet” if you will. Having said that, you are granted access to take out or share what you please. I’d like to call this form of sharing my interpretation of Karma building. FYI, while attending college, I didn’t major in jounalism or marketing and communications; therefore, you will not find perfection here. You will find an honest passion for information gathering that might be lucrative to daily life and last but not least, a work in progress.

By the power vested in me, my new “file cabinet” (blog) shall be called (Fran)tastically Frugal!

Frantastically yours,
Frances
